Grace

Grace is a beautiful 6-month-old female Red Doberman (DOB 12/8/24) who is discovering the joys of life in a nurturing foster home.
Grace is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her vaccinations and preventative. She is both crate-trained and house-trained. As a puppy, she is still refining her house manners—counter-surfing is one of her current hobbies—but she is intelligent and eager to learn with the right guidance.
Grace came to BDR due to difficulties getting along with small dogs in her previous home. However, she has started to enjoy the company of her fellow Doberman foster siblings. We recommend pairing her with socially confident large breed dog friends. She has a strong interest in cats and is unlikely to coexist peacefully with them.
While Grace takes her time to warm up to new people and dogs, once she trusts you, she becomes a loyal and loving companion.
Given her cautious nature and need for structure, she will thrive in a home with a physically fenced yard and someone experienced with the Doberman breed.
Grace is ready to blossom into the incredible dog she is meant to be—with the right forever home to guide her way.
Grace is located in Northern Kentucky. While out-of-state adopters are welcome, they must come meet Grace in person, to finalize her adoption.
