Penny

UPDATE:

Penny’s kittens have all grown up and found families of their own but Penny is still waiting on someone to make her part of their family. She has filled out quite a bit and her coat is gorgeous since she has been spayed and no longer having to care for little ones.

Penny lives with other cats and Dobermans in her foster home and does fine around them once she knows she is safe. She is not a cat that likes people to come up to her to pet her, she must come to you and that trust takes time. But she loves to be a part of the household but on her terms and in her safe spot. Typical cat, she must have things done her way!

If you are looking for a quiet companion then Penny is your girl. She has been through a lot in her life, people didn’t treat her well, but she will never know that type of lifestyle ever again.

Penny’s adoption donation fee has been sponsored. We are searching for a family that will give her plenty of time to adjust and live the happy life she deserves.

Penny came to us with her three adorable kittens (Luna, Harley and Squeekers) because her original family did not want her inside any longer so she was put outside without being spayed.  Luckily a neighboring family member kept them safe, fed and loved.  They decided it was best Penny and family come to rescue where they could all find indoor homes.
Penny is about 3 or 4 years old and a very affectionate cat.  She lives around other cats and dogs and is ok with them but is still being very protective because her kittens are still with her.
Once they are weaned, we can get Penny spayed and off to a home of her own where she can be loved. She will also be microchipped.
Penny must go to an indoor only home.
