This handsome boy is Duke, a 9-10 month old natural eared black and tan boy. He comes to us as an owner surrender after he lived with a small dachshund in his last home that he was a bit too excited to play with. His then-owner was concerned he would hurt the small dog with his energy. Duke is in a foster home where he is learning some much needed manners and would benefit from an obedience class with his new owner. Although he has not been formally tested with females, he would be best not living with another male dog. He is a little too excited about cats to live with them. He is also a little energetic for small children and would be best in a home with older or no children. Duke is crate trained and will need to be crated when left alone. He is a beautiful boy that will be a great dog with a little guidance.
